The people at Lian Wang were given a treat this year to a more ‘westernised’ celebration at Marriott Hotel on 17 January as they have always been watching a ‘ge tai’ like performance for their annual dinners.
Sharlyn Lim led the evening on and through their festivities.
The evening started with a yangqin and erhu player at the foyer to bring the guests some traditional tunes.
Staff of Lian Wang were game enough to treat their own colleagues with a dance performance!
Sharlyn continued by reading a poem the CEO composed. A very personally created poem for the new year.

Shortly after, Paraphrase entertained the crowd through dinner with their favourite Chinese and English tunes, and some CNY numbers.
Resonance then came to deliver some of their favourites as well.
