Farid & Fiona
In a generation that emphasizes rather than embraces the age gap, music is probably the last true art form that bridges the “two masses” without being the object of lingering suspicion. Music transcends time zones, continents and cultures, invariably universal in its appeal. I have always loved music from the 50s to the 90s, whatever the genre. Come with us as we invite you to join in a music journey of nostalgic wonderment. Come experience Farid & Fiona, the retro experience.
We are a duo or trio of strolling musicians who perform Latin, Evergreen and a sprinkle of the latest songs for all occasions.
Retro Groove is definitely a band that lives up to its name. They bring back the hippies era with their renditions of retro music that brings out the oldies lover in us, nostalgic and so groovy are their music that you can’t help but dance to it. They have been performing in old dingy pubs, roughneck bars to the most lavish nightclubs here in Singapore as well as regionally. Their music simply appeals to the masses.
