My good friend Crystin Chiam called me for a jazz band for and event that she’s helping out with. She roped in Daniel Ong to be the emcee and I presented her with – Imelda & the Oreos – that was what they were called that night. Held at Grand Corpthorne, Riverfront Ballroom.

Wedding of Ashini & Pierre

Ashini and Pierre wedded at Raffles Hotel on 17 July 2010. Pierre hails from Italy whereas Ashini is a Singaporean Indian. The couple had Juliet on vocals, Jase on Bass (i love how it rhymes), Mei on keys an Shawn on percussions. They did a lot of jazz numbers. Thanks to Samston, Red Kite & our favourite Singapore Char Siew Baos, featuring guest bassist Jase had been invited to perform at Ritz Carlton for a coupla Japanese and locals guests under Mitsubitshi.
